Comments: Brilliant!! I suppose it is a natural progression from the Fab 4 to Wings and both shows stand alone at the top of the tribute hill. Playing in a 60's tribute as well, I know how hard it is to play it "right" and you guys know all the chops! Congratulations on the show and good luck.
Comments: I discovered Wingsband on Youtube last year. Maybe I'm amazed at how close you folks come to Wings. Please play an all-ages gig in Indianapolis. (I"m in my 40's, but I want to bring my kids.) Both Wingsband and Fab Four are excellent but I get the biggest kick out of Wingsband. Steve Conslaw Indianapolis

Comments: Hello, I just found your amazing videos on youtube .... and I am still breathless and speechless! Never in my life I have seen such an AWESOME tribute band!!! You guys REALLY rock!!! It's unbelievable how PERFECTLY you are imitating Macca - even sometimes sounding better than himself!!! Will you ever come to Germany? Your are absolutely FANTASTIC in re-creating Macca's vocal style and stage persona - I can't find any better words to describe it! I PRAY that Macca himself will one day see your spectacular show and grace you with his presence and blessings - you really deserve it!!! Comments: Excellent show last night at The Grove! It was so cool to see and hear such an awesome Wings tribute --- complete with a horn section! You played Another Day!!! I've long enjoyed The Fab Four and look forward to more Wingsband shows. I also want to send out a special thanks for tossing the Fab Four shirt (and pick) to my daughter during that set. She's a huge Beatle's (and Fab Four) fan was SO excited to catch the "nightgown". ...maybe a bit shy when showing it off to the crowd.
Comments: Just saw your spectacular show at the Grove in Anahiem CA. It was a real treat to come for a Fab Four concert and get a Wings concert as well. I think you guys should do a "Solo Together" tour at some point where you can do the Fab Four and then other solo Beatle tunes in the same show- I know you guys would do it great justice. And it would be a kick to have someone in a bag next to John as he sings Cold Turkey (but please don't hire someone to cackle like Yoko during it). Anyway guys, great show and I loved the addition of Ed Sullivan- he was not a part of the show the last time I saw it, but he's a great addition. |
